The decision to delay a helicopter ride due to adverse weather conditions is solely based on ensuring the safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft. For flight delays caused due to weather we will offer a "Re-Ride" where we will move your ride to a different time that day. If we are unable to fly that day we can offer a Redline Helicopter Tours Gift Card or a Refund.
Any customer who no-calls/no-shows for their appointment will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the missed service. This policy applies to all services and appointments offered by Redline Helicopter Tours.

Our helicopter can hold the pilot and 3 passengers. That's you and two more! We can also accommodate a lap child if they are under two years old, otherwise they must occupy a seat.
No we do not have any age limit of any sort! Kids under two years old can sit in their parents laps and kids older than two years old require their own seat.
We fly from Redline Aviation FBO on the Riverfalls airport. The address is 12400 Wild Horse, Amarillo Tx 79118. Please arrive at your scheduled ride time and wait anywhere in the waiting room.
Yes there is. We are are restricted to a combined passenger weight of 550lbs total and no more than 300lbs in a single seat. This does not include the pilot, only you and your friends!
